I already use other café software. Can I move?
Yes. We move your members and their balances across, and you can run both side by side until you're ready to switch.
I only have PlayStations and pool tables — no PCs.
Then you don't need a box. Your counter runs on a phone or tablet, with the same members, points, shifts and reports.
Can my staff see the money?
Only what you allow. Each staff member has their own counter PIN per branch; money, settings and edits stay with you — and every change shows up in your morning email.
What happens if my balance runs out?
You're warned well before. At zero you get a few days' grace; after that only new sittings pause until you top up. Running sittings, members and money are never touched.
Who sees my data?
Only you. It is never sold and never shared with another café. Download all of it as CSV any day.
